Condo Project Details
The architect of Bartley Vue is P & T Consultants Pte Ltd. Wee Hur Construction Pte Ltd, which is the construction arm of Wee Hur Holdings Limited, is the main contractor of the development.
The project site area is 50,232.50 square feet. Under the 2019 URA Master Plan, the site has a plot ratio of 2.1, which means that the development has a maximum Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 105,488.30 square feet.
Under the current guidelines dividing the development’s proposed building gross floor area by 85 square metre per unit, the developer is able to build 115 apartments at the site.
Bounded by the roads of Bartley Road and Jalan Bunga Rampai, the project comprises of two 16-Storey residential towers, with all 115 units arranged in a North-South orientation. There are a total of 8 stacks in the development, of which 4 stacks are facing North and 4 stacks are facing South. Each block has 4 stacks.
Units at Blk 6 have apartments from 2nd Storey to 16th Storey for Stack 1, 2 and 3, while Stack 4 will start from the 3rd Level to the 16th Level. For Blk 8, all units will start from Level 3 to Level 16.
With the development being surrounded by a number landed housing estates, apartments from mid-level to high floors are able to have unobstructed views.
The unit mix of the development is 2 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom Premium, 3 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom Premium and 4 Bedroom + Study. The typical units are on the 15th Floor and below, while the Penthouses are located on the 16th Floor, the highest level of the development.

The competition for admission to primary one in Maris Stella High School is ultra high, with the number of registrants typically exceeding the number of vacancies every year. Travelling southwards down Upper Paya Lebar to Paya Lebar Road, one will reach the shopping malls surrounding Paya Lebar MRT station. The shopping malls which offer both shopping and dining options are PLQ Mall, Paya Lebar Square and Singpost Centre. Kinex, formerly known as OneKM Shopping Mall and is located just a little further from Paya Lebar MRT station is another venue for dining and shopping.
NEX, which is the largest shopping centre in North-East Singapore, is just one MRT station away at Serangoon MRT station.
