RH Novena Pte. Ltd. has bought two adjacent land plots at 27 Moulmein Rise from 27MR.
The transacted price of the site, which has an area of 22,198 sq ft, is S$106 million.
RH Novena Pte. Ltd. operates as a subsidiary company under the prolific developer Roxy-Pacific.
The site of the former Grand Tower lies within the amalgamated land, which is within 4 minutes walk from the Novena MRT station.
Roxy-Pacific will launch a 17-storey high project named Neu At Novena at the acquired site.
