77 units of Kopar at Newton condo sold at launch
CEL Development Pte Ltd sold 77 apartments during the launch of Kopar At Newton at the weekend.
The average price of the Newton condo is $2350psf.
The majority of the units sold were 1 and 2 bedroom units. A 3,305 square feet penthouse was also sold at the District 9 condo during the weekend launch.
Most of the buyers at the 99-year condo, are Singaporeans.
Kopar At Newton, which is located near Newton MRT, comprises of 1 bedroom to five bedroom apartments housed in two residential towers of 23 storeys.
Besides Kopar At Newton, CEL is also currently marketing Park Colonial, Parc Komo and Grandeur Park Residences.
