Lian Beng subsidiary secures S$107.5m construction contract
CEL Newton has awarded United Tec Construction, which is a subsidiary of Lian Beng, a S$107.5 million contract to construct a condominium at Kampong Java Road.
The residential site is near Newton MRT station.
The work scope will involve the construction of 2 residential towers which are both 23 storeys high.
The Newton condo will have a total of 378 apartments.
